The Passive zone is a single matrix of 3. One may receive maximum Rs.18920/- (Rs.10160/- from passive zone + Rs.5040/- from passive zone A + Rs.3720/- from passive zone B) against one entry subject to fulfillment of other conditions and also on actual accrual basis from time to time depending upon the functioning and growth of the plan.

The passive zone works as follows :
Every entry of Rs.551/- will fetch a Person an entry in active zone, Passive zone, Passive zone A and passive zone B. In the passive zones incentive and growth is based on universal pool concept thus in this zone, any entry coming from any body also will be placed in a uniform pattern in the matrix of 3 only. The first entry is U under U the next three entries A B C are placed in the passive zone. Now every entry in passive is worth Rs.80/- now U is eligible for Rs.240/- but will not be paid 240/- but he will be paid Rs.80/- and will be given 2 rebirths under A. Now when a new entry D is coming to the passive zone then it is placed under A now A is eligible for Rs.240/- but A is paid an incentive of Rs.80/- and given rebirths of 2 entries under B there by the entries are universally pooled up and on donor receiving total incentive of Rs.10160/- from the passive zone + Rs.5040/- from passive zone A, his ID will come out of the pool.

In passive zone B the first entry is U1 under U1 to 2U (U2 and U3 ) will be placed, after that a new entry A is placed in passive zone B. Now every entry in passive zone is worth Rs.120/-(40X 3 ids, this Rs.120/- is divided as three units of Rs.40/-), and this A1 will be placed under U1 and A2 & A3 will be placed under U2 . Now U1 is eligible for Rs.120/- but only Rs.40/- is paid and will be given 2 rebirth under U2 and U3. Now U2 is qualified and 2 rebirth of U2 will be placed under U3. After that U3 will be qualified and 2 rebirth of U3 will be placed under A1. After that a new entry B comes in the pool and now B1 will be placed under A1 And B2, B3 will be placed under A2 after that A1 will qualify and 2 rebirth of A1 will be placed under A2 and A3.Now A2 will qualify and 2 rebirth of A2 will be placed under A3 ………….so on the entries are pooled up and on donor receiving total incentive of Rs. 3720/-, his ID will come out of the pool.

In case of no reference in 75 days of enrolling under the programme, one will be entitled to maximum 25% of the passive zones incentive which will be paid to the donor on actual accrual basis from time to time depending upon the functioning and growth of the plan.
In case of one reference in 75 days 50% of the passive zones incentive which will be paid to the donor on actual accrual basis from time to time depending upon the functioning and growth of the plan.
In case of two reference in 75 days 75% of the passive zones incentive which will be paid to the donor on actual accrual basis from time to time depending upon the functioning and growth of the plan.
In case of three reference in 75 days 100% of the passive zones incentive which will be paid to the donor on actual accrual basis from time to time depending upon the functioning and growth of the plan.
Incentive would became payable from time to time depending upon the growth of the plan and amount pooled up under respective zones.
Incentive will be released for active zone, passive zone, passive zone A and Passive Zone B when it crosses Rs.200.

Total incentive of Active Zone = Rs. 45525
Total incentive of Passive Zones = Rs. 18920

Passive zones incentive will become payable depending on the respective steps on which the person concerned would be at the relevant period.

Since Incentive in all Zones including Active Zone, Passive Zone, Passive Zone A and Passive Zone B will be paid under the plan out of the donations solicited by the social workers, every donor under the programme, is required to donate a sum of Rs. 551/- after receiving Rs. 3000/- as incentive in all zones against his every ID No. which will be deducted from the amount of the incentives becoming payable over Rs. 3000/-. This donation will be made by the respective Social Worker against his/her every ID after accrual of incentive amounting more than Rs. 3000/- at every step against each ID, The Social Workers, will however be given a ID No. against each of such donations and also will be entitle to claim exemption under Section 80-G of Income Tax Act in respect of each such donation.

* One can also join through internet by reaching our website. It is clarified that confirming ID.No. will be given to donor joining through internet only if the payment is received within 10 days of the provisional joining.

SPECIAL NOTE:
1. It is clarified that Special Programme for Welfare of the Blind does not come under "The Prize Chits Fund Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act. 1978" since it is programme for collection of donation for a charitable organization and there is no commercial motive in it. .

2. The Modified plan of Rs.551/- is an extension and continuity of Rs.261/- & Rs.371/- plans. It is also clarified that donors of Special Programme for Welfare of the Blind having ID number under Rs.261/- & Rs.371/- plan who have not reached their respective levels of achieving total incentives under active and passive zones, would continue to have there respective placements in the respective zones and would accordingly continue to receive their incentives under this modified plan also without any change and as per the said plans including the present one.

3. All the social workers who donate Rs.10,000 and above, will be given a group accidental insurance policy by the Federation in the following manner:-

(i) Person donating between Rs. 10,000 to 25,000 will get one year accidental group insurance policy of Rs. 25,000/-.

(ii) Person donating between Rs. 25,001 to 50,000 will get one year accidental group insurance policy or Rs. 50,000/-.

(iii) Person donating above Rs. 50,000/- will get one year accidental group insurance policy of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

* (Social worker shall be entitled to claim benefit of insurance only after one month of issuance of official receipt of donation under the programme.)
