Before online joining please read this important message carefully we have change the procedure for online joining, now if you are taking more than one ID on the same name, their is no need to feed separate form to seprate ID numbers, just fill one form and then login into your Webpage with the help of ID No and Password which is your date of birth and click on Donate Now option, then enter the payment details, after that a slot of ID Nos is allocated to you as per your DD amount, then you have to enter placement by clicking on Submit Yellow Sheet, don’t forget Finalise the Yellow Sheet after its completion. Existing Donor does not require to fill the new form again, just login into your Webpage and click Donate Now for new joinings of yourself.
